Preparations   for EES sessions 
& Medallions

 

Be prepared to make the most of your experience.

What are the sessions like? 
What to expect?

 

  • Sessions are booked for a 2 hour period,  (double - 4 hour sessions can also be booked). Relax in a dedicated room with comfortable reclining zero gravity chairs, where you can lie back calmly for restorative, meditative time.    

  • The sessions are in a room with  small groups 

  • Dr. DeVita encourages you to take the time to relax, go inward and focus on your intention.    

 

Soft lighting (from the machines) and ambient music in the background will assist to set the tone to fully surrender and let go. 

Aromatics - high quality Young living essential oils are often used - individually  by application on the acupoints on the wrists, ears and upper neck. ( by special request).

Dr. DeVita has been utilizing the essential oils as  a powerful anchor during and after the sessions.

 

Bring an eye mask and/or ear plugs ( if you are easily distracted by others). Bring your own blankets and your own water bottle.


Occasionally,  a GDV scan (before/after only pictures) can also be scheduled beforehand for your appointment for more awareness in formulating your intention.

Ample time needs to be planned for this addition.

BEFORE: How do you prepare for a session?
Come with an open mind and readiness to let go and move on.

  • Prepare for a deep, pleasant, soothing power nap during your session .

  • Dress comfortably with layers, for your own temperature fluctuations.  Remain silent while you are relaxing in the EE System room.

  • Eat healthy and lightly before your session. 

  • Drink plenty of water after your session.


A sea-salt combo-detox bath is highly recommended after your sessions, to assist you with your detoxification. If you have had any toxic injections, toxic exposures, eat Genetically engineered food, use chemical cleaners, shampoos, detergents etc  or are on medications - this needs to be considered in how to proceed with your detoxification program. Remember that your cells will discharge that to which is toxic and not needed.

AFTER: What to do at home?
SALT BATHS
Energy Enhancement System inventor, Dr. Sandra Rose Michael “insists” on a 30 minute salt bath after each session, and recommends additional soaks in the days that follow. This is necessary for the detoxification and healing process. If neglected, achy joints, headaches, body aches, or sweating can result.
If full body baths aren’t an option,  a foot bath is highly recommended.

EAT CLEAN AND DRINK PURIFIED- CLEAN WATER
Now that you’ve raised your cells’ electrical charge, the best way to keep your cells charged is to eat healthy, organic whole foods.
Avoid fast foods and processed foods saturated in preservatives,pesticides, pollutants and artificial flavorings and many other chemicals. Avoid contaminants in your personal care products.

HOW MANY SESSIONS? 

 

A popular question: 'How many sessions should I do?' Average hours are anywhere between 20 or more hours (less or more- depending on one's state and condition).

Work within your budget and keep those 20 hours as close together as possible.

 

We are offering more openings during the week so those of you who live locally can acquire those hours.Plan on doing 2-4 hours  a week or more if you live locally, until you reach 20 hours, and then space the time weekly or bi-weekly or monthly until your goals are met. A few people have reported small changes even after a two hour session, such as muscle movement returning from COVID damage, mobility, pain relief, and a sharper sense of smell. 

 

For others it may take quite a number of sessions,  to notice significant changes. It is important to remember how your body heals: your body chooses what it needs to heal first, thus not all imbalances show symptoms. It is often stated that the symptoms that cause discomfort are coming from a much bigger problem that may take time to heal.

 

A gentle reminder:  it took years or decades to get to the state you are in, and for this reason it may take several sessions to get you to your goals along with an organic, healthier, chemical-free lifestyle. (which means ridding toxic, cleaning soaps, shampoos, cleaners, toothpaste, deodorants etc.).
